HMAC-SHA256 signed
Every delivery is signed with a shared secret and timestamped to support replay protection.
Synckony delivers near-real-time webhook events from Neto stores to your endpoint with the same integration posture as your Shopify and BigCommerce models. Zero Neto-specific polling code.

The platform gap
Neto currently provides webhooks only for order status changes. Every other resource — products, customers, inventory, categories, payments, etc. — has no webhook support. This forces third-party integrations to poll the Neto API independently, creating stale data and rate-limit contention.

Delivery reliability
Every delivery is signed with a shared secret and timestamped to support replay protection.
Exponential backoff protects transient failures and prevents silent event loss.
Monotonic sequence tracking helps consumers detect gaps and process events correctly.
Deterministic event identifiers make retry handling and deduplication safe.
Failing endpoints are isolated before they can create retry storms or runaway cost.
Reduce HTTP overhead for high-frequency resources without losing operational visibility.
