1. Connect your store
Use merchant or admin onboarding to add a Neto store with either OAuth or approved API credentials.
2. Choose resource coverage
Pick the Neto resources you want Synckony to poll. Start with the business-critical resources first and add lower-priority resources after initial validation.
3. Configure webhooks
Add one or more subscriber endpoints and choose which resources should flow to each endpoint.
4. Verify baseline and polling
Wait for baseline completion, then confirm resources show recent poll timestamps and healthy delivery status.
5. Review retries and costs
Use the admin and merchant dashboards to inspect delivery attempts, retry health, and billing mode transitions before scaling.
